By accessing or using any Zetahertz website or application (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by overloading, scraping, or circumventing rate limits and security measures.
• Upload malware, or use the Services to distribute spam or unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Services except as permitted by law.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Services and to perform the features you request. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

Certain features generate output using artificial intelligence — for example, name suggestions, resume text, cover letters, and article summaries. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it. We make no warranty that generated output is original, non-infringing, or fit for any particular use.

The Services, including their software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content), are owned by Zetahertz or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Services may link to or integrate third-party products (such as AI providers, domain-registration services, or payment processors). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

Some Services are free; others may be offered on a paid basis. Where fees apply, we will make the price and billing terms clear before you are charged. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable.

We aim for reliable, high-quality Services, but we provide them "as is" and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any unavailability, and we may impose usage limits to keep the Services reliable for everyone.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zetahertz and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zetahertz from any claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably need to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
