Account & Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Zetahertz account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make that request, what we delete, and how long it takes. It applies to our apps that support accounts — including Across, FindMyDomain, Zeta Resume.

Request deletion

Email us from any address and include the app name and the email on your account. We'll verify your request and delete your data.

From within the app

  1. 1Open the app and go to Settings.
  2. 2Open your Account / Profile section.
  3. 3Choose Delete account and confirm.

By email (any device)

  1. 1Email support@zetahertz.com.
  2. 2Use the subject "Account & data deletion request".
  3. 3Tell us the app and your account email so we can verify you.

01What we delete

Once your request is verified, we permanently delete:

  • Your account and profile (including your email address and sign-in credentials)
  • Content you created — bookmarks, saved articles, reading history, feed views and custom sources (Across); resumes, cover letters and tracked applications (Zeta Resume)
  • Your in-app preferences and settings
  • Personal identifiers linked to your account

02What we may retain (and why)

We may keep a limited amount of data only where we are required or permitted to:

  • Records we are legally required to keep (for example, tax or accounting records), for the period the law requires
  • Minimal data needed to prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
  • Aggregated or anonymised data that can no longer be linked to you
  • Residual copies in encrypted backups, which are purged on our normal backup rotation (within 90 days)

03How long it takes

We acknowledge every request within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days, except for the limited data described above. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion. We'll email you to confirm once it's done.
